DVD #1:
The DVD was designed to teach you how to get in and out of the gym in less than 30 minutes while performing a full body workout. This personal training video is great for beginners. It describes which parts of the body will be worked out and how to perform the exercises safely and effectively. Each segment is followed by an actual demonstration. This DVD also contains alternate exercises that can be performed while sitting down.

This DVD is currently being used by parents to help thier Middle and High School kids understand and establish proper form and alignment when working out..

This DVD provides a 30-minute full body workout. Included are instructions for maximizing the effectiveness of the workout based on your own comfort level. You can also work out to your own music by following the on-screen text.
