• Ned Portman: Kenny Miller | bio

  Born on October 15, 1931 in Springfield, Ohio, Kenny Miller, the son of a minister, broke quietly into show biz behind the backs of his parents, Early in his career Kenny played a singer and dancer in many teen rock 'n roll films. Better movies followed including the one he is proudest of, Cecil B. DeMille's production of The Buccaneer directed by Anthony Quinn.

  Kenny Miller's busy schedule has included appearances on the television show American Bandstand and various variety shows. He also made numerous guest appearances on a many television shows. Kenny's role of Wallace Warden on the ABC series B. L. Stryker won him the Crystal Reel Award for Best Supporting Actor.

  In the sixties, Kenny began touring the country as one of the foremost experts of the twist. His personality and charisma before live audiences led to forming a successful singing nightclub act, which he preformed throughout the United States, Europe, North Africa and the Far East.

  Kenny Miller performed on the stage before and during his early film career and has returned to it again. His appearance at the Burt Reynold's Dinner Theater with Charles Nelson Reilly and Darryl Hickman in The Odd Couple was filmed for Showtime television.

  Kenny has written his autobiography, which he collaborated with Donald Vaughan. Titled Hollywood Inside & Out: The Kenny Miller Story is now available. In the book, Kenny talks about his adventures in film, nightclubs, theater, radio and television and the many enduring friendships that made it all worthwhile.

  Debi Storm's film and television career began when she was discovered on the kid's show, Romper Room. Her career in television would lead her into such shows as Dr Kildare, and Family Affair, many of her roles were before she was even 10. Her first major film role, was in A Patch of Blue, which starred Sidney Poitier. Debi's career lasted til' her late teens, when she would appear in such films as The Brotherood of Satan, & Fun with Dick & Jane. After she left show business, Debi became a full-time Mother, and raised her four children. Currently, she is planning to return to show business.

• Angel Gibbs / LR-510: Glenda C. Finkelstein | bio

  Glenda C. Finkelstein has been writing since she was a small child using words like an artist uses paint. Although her passion has always been Science Fiction, she has written a great deal of poetry. In addition, she has been part of the writing staff of various school and work newspapers over the years. Her first book was first published in 2000, and currently has four novels out with a firth in the works. Of her works to date, she has received several awards.

  After having translated two of her novels into audio formats, the most recent, “Nemesis Rising” which is formatted more like an audio drama rather than a dry read. Glenda contributed five major voices having to learn Chinese, French, Southern, and Swedish accents allowing her one voice as herself. It was this process that started to push her toward another way of story telling, the screenplay. With that in mind she endeavored to put her novel, “The Edge of The Universe,” into a screenplay format. That exercise groomed her for the screenplay that was finally taken to the screen this year called, “Perfect Copy,” a story of self discovery which challenges are very definition of life.

  Tony's had an eclectic background in music being one of Tampa Bay's top ten drummers during the late sixties and seventies opening for such acts as Hendrix, Joplin, etc. He went on summer tour with The Rascals, He's also had experience in filmaking, theater, and make-up. He was in a couple of grade Z movies with the late John Carradine as an early teen. He's also worked as a projectionist during his time of service in the U.S. Air Force as well as flight line mechanic for several aircrafts. In recent years, Tony has been a convention booking agent for such people as Noel Neill (the original Lois Lane), Kenny Miller, ( I Was A Teenage |Werewolf) and others. Now he's an Executive Producer for Final Destiny Productions and has been involved with every aspect of the making of, "Perfect Copy." He's done casting, props, the make-up, location scout, continuity, and even acts, portraying Judge Jacob Wilcox.

  Tony E. Finkelstein is a Voice Actor, Actor, Booking Agent, and Executive Producer of Final Destiny Productions. He will be overseeing the production of his wife’s original screenplay, “Perfect Copy,” which is due out 2007. He also lent his voice for two of the characters, in the audio book/drama, “Nemesis Rising,” which is available in CD and download formats for MP3 and I-pod. In his spare time, he books celebrities like Noel Neill (The original Lois Lane), Kenny Miller, and various writers, etc. Most of his time is spent, in making sure his wife gets to all of her appearances on time and tries to keep her out of trouble.

  I'm a woman of imagination and creativity that never rests. My passion to convey my thoughts and ideas through words is at the very heart of my being. Although novel writing is my first love, I'm beginning to appreciate and embrace the art of screenwriting. It's a way of story telling unlike any other, and requires the dedication and common purpose of others to bring it to fruition. It is this sharing of talent funneled into a single story which makes the people at Final Destiny so incredible to be around. It's not just the writer's imagination, it's a team of creative individuals pooling their talents and resources to create something that no one person could have done on their own. To that I will be forever grateful to everyone that has shared this story with me.

  In addition to this being my first screenplay, this is also my acting debut. My only previous exposure to acting was 9th grade drama class which is further back than I care to admit, but necessity birthed in me something I never believed I could do. I, in no way, believe I'm going to sweep the Oscars. It did, however, afford me an opportunity to express myself in a new way. In many ways I think the experience will improve my screenwriting for future endeavors.

  Final Destiny Productions was formed by an appointment by God, putting T&G Books and Promotions (Tony and Glenda Finkelstein) together with Aggressive Filmworx (Joseph Tolley). It turned out that Joe had all the ideas, equipment, and desire to make a feature film, but no script. We had a script and access to acting talent, but no director, equipment, or technical know-how, and neither of us had money. I saw an advertisement for one of Joe's businesses (Aggressive Multimedia) on the back of his car window coming home from work one day. I had my husband (manager) call him. What transpired next was nothing short of a miracle. My husband told me that he was a man looking to direct his first feature, but was in need of a script. A week later we met over coffee at our dining room table and presented to Joe a first draft of a script based upon one of my short sci-fi stories. He loved it. We signed contracts and with a budget of $3,000 we set out to make a 30 minute short film to use to raise funding for a feature length film. We began by recruiting talent from various people we've met on the con circuit promoting my novels, people from our day jobs, and actually anyone who stood still long enough to see if they were game to donate their time and talents to this project. During this process we became a SAG (Screen Actors Guild) signatory indie film production company. Now we could use both union and non-union talent. We were graced with some wonderful people like Kenny Miller and Debi Storm, both veteran actors who fell in love with the script, and agreed to help us out with the project. I, Glenda, also had to wear many hats and take on the title role and the dual clone character which would require heavy make-up. My husband, Tony, relied on his theatre make-up background and did me up. It was amazing. Our community really helped us out by allowing us to use their facilities at no charge, including our churches, local cemetary, and the League of Mercy. Everyone involved has gone above and beyond the call of duty for the shear delight and belief in the significance of this project. We are blessed, and the Movie is scheduled for a Fall 2007 release of our first DVD short subject film titled, Perfect Copy.

  I am a Tampa Bay Area native, and have always enjoyed larger than life images. The psychology of imagery and observing how type changes our perception has brought me to design, art and photography. My imaging desire began working with film because computer graphics had not grown enough to be a viable medium, but now I embrace all of the creative elements available using digital photography and image manipulation.

  My goal is to present a narrative, something deeper than a simple reflection, an image that speaks to you over time, not just a pretty picture. I also like to show things from different perspectives.

  My biggest creative pulls are strange geometries; the contrast of organics in created environments; deterioration of permanency; the morbid surreal; extreme realism and the occasional wonder of things that man has created.

  I shoot primarily with Canon equipment.

  Robert Wegmann (born October 31, 1963) American pop musician & multi-instrumentalist from Tampa, Florida. Has released several solo albums under his own name and has worked with several other people including prog musician Sean Malone, Russian accordion duo Nina & Lena, and session drummer/producer Mark Prator. Most recently he has released a collaborative disc with guitarist Tim Mullally.

  Wegmann's music is a curious fusion of The Beatles, XTC, King Crimson, and Bill Nelson. This unconventional mixture of styles may raise some dubious eyebrows, but the music swiftly brings proof to this strange comparison, blending the frivolous frenzy of XTC with the serious fury of King Crimson, tempering it all with the slippery humor of Bill Nelson. The result is unexpected and satisfying. His enthusiastic pop tunes are affirming and thoroughly engaging.
