Set in the early 90's, SHEA CHURRY ("Princess Diaries 2") plays Dana, a recently divorced young woman embarking on an acting career. Enter Jack, MICHAEL BUIE ("Mystery Alaska"), a young, charismatic, theater cast-mate who, in a lifeless relationship with his girlfriend, robotically spends his days as a writer for the local paper.
Flashbacks expose Dana and Jack's brush with romance. In real time, we see they have settled for a solid friendship. But when Dana is offered a chance to move and follow her dream, Jack is propelled into choosing the REAL love of his life, or settling for what's "safe".
Colorfully woven into thier lives are Tina, KATE ALBRECHT (HBO's "Entourage"), Dana's kooky best friend and Dale, ELLIS E. WILLIAMS ("Jackie Brown"), Jack's wise co-worker, as the "voice of reason".
