Film Overview

Bria is an ordinary college student, or so she thinks. After class one day, she sees her professor, Dr. Rune Corcoran, get abducted in front of her eyes. Bria blows it off as a prank, until she is contacted by a mysterious man named Winter from Dr. Corcoran’s former employer, Avatar Pharmaceuticals, who claims that she might be the abductors’ next target. What’s more, Bria holds a secret gift, given to her by Corcoran, that even she knows nothing about, a gift that could mean the next step in human evolution.

Meanwhile, Dr. Corcoran finds himself caught in a struggle to secure his life’s work. Contacted by the rogue group Proletariat, And with the knowledge that Avatar is close on his heels, Corcoran must determine who, if anyone, he can trust with his life‘s work, and what he should do to protect his only test subject. Exactly what is in Corcoran’s brain, and why is everybody so eager to get a hold of it? Corcoran must sort through the lies if he and Bria are to survive and preserve humanity as they know it.
