Lesley Fontaine (Carr) is a disturbed woman, living a reclusive life in her countryside manor, purportedly with a man she loves named Kevin. Signs on the property warn intruders to "keep out", and any unwelcome visitors meet with a grisly death, at the hands of shadowy figure with a long sword. As Lesley's dementia intensifies, she begins to seek out victims - soon it becomes apparent that Leslie herself has been committing the murders. So who is this man Kevin... does he even exist at all?

Emile's fascinating, eclectic friends and relatives gather at the estate for a joyous celebration. But not everyone is happy for the newlyweds. There's Helene, a former flame who still longs for Emile's affection. And then there's Max, Emile's disturbed and formerly interned brother, who quickly develops a fixation for Lilli. There are other problems - the phone rings several times a day, but there's only silence on the other end. A stubborn detective from the local precinct seems convinced that Emile and his brother have something to do with the disappearance of a female model. A giant sculpture falls from it's perch and nearly crushes Lilli, just missing her by inches! What kind of nightmare has Lilli gotten herself into?
