In "Dirty Naked City", we ride along with a campy, melodramatic, Private Investigator as he weaves through the streets of, San Francisco, unraveling the mystery of the Film Noir Serial Killer. In the process we learn about the double-crossing, femme fatale, the irony of the twin brothers who grow up as opposite as night and day, the seedy drug dealer, and the humble priest.
It is a journey that includes stories about the Nigerian Dating scam, Hurricane Katrina, and mainly the underbelly of alcoholism, drug abuse, and suicide. With all its twists and turns, the Private Eye takes us on such an incredible ride that we are not ready to get off when the Serial Killer is finally revealed. You're in for a Miracle as the terminally ill brother with psychological problems gets redemption for his suicidal, alcoholic twin from the grave.
It is like watching Sin City, D.O.A., Up in Smoke, SE7EN, and the Lost Weekend, all in one.
