• Aaron: Raymond Andrew Bailey | bio

  Raymond Andrew Bailey, 26, grew up in suburbs of Colorado. His acting debut started in 6th grade where he was officially named a Lolly Pop Kid in "The Wizard of OZ." He was hooked immediately.
  
  After graduating High School, he moved south to pursue acting at Oklahoma Christian University. While there, he competed nationally in the WB (Warner Brothers) Casting Call 2000 and won 1st place for WB34 Oklahoma City and placed 3rd nationally. The exposure led to his first national commercials for Coca-Cola and Clean and Clear face wash.

  Bailey's favorite role in College was J. Pierpont Finch in the musical "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying." In that role, he received press in the Daily Oklahoman as having a similar acting style to Michael J. Fox.

  After receiving his BA in Communications, he returned to Colorado to seriously pursue his acting career. After a year of auditioning and landing parts in student films and community theatre, he won the lead role in Double Edge Films' "11:59", playing Aaron. He is currently represented by Radical Artists Agency in Denver and has since been in numerous national television commercials.

• Director: Jamin Winans | bio

  Jamin Winans was born on December 4th, 1977. He grew up near Denver, Colorado and had an interest in film since the age of 10. Growing up in a family that didn’t own a TV for much of his childhood, Winans naturally became fascinated by TV and the movies. At the age of 10 he picked up a camera and never set it down. By the age of 14, he was writing, directing, and editing his own films, and by 17 he wrote and directed his first feature length film.

  After graduating from high school, he spent a year as a film student in Los Angeles before leaving college to begin his professional film career in his hometown of Denver, Colorado. In 1998, Winans established Double Edge Films - a film company striving to create original and independent work.

  With his new production company, Winans’ primary goal was to produce his first feature film “11:59”. This began a seven-year journey, over which time Winans wrote and directed numerous projects including two critically acclaimed short films; “Blanston” and “The Maze”. The financial backing for “11:59” was finally realized after “Blanston” was accepted and screened at the prestigious Cinequest International Film Festival. Completed in 2005, “11:59” premiered at the Montreal World Film Festival and continued a successful festival run winning several best feature awards.

  In an effort to boost awareness for “11:59” and to draw people to the Double Edge Films website, Winans wrote, directed, edited and scored the short film “Spin” in the fall of 2005. “Spin” has since played at over 80 film festivals worldwide and has won over 40 awards.

  In addition to his fictional work, Winans is a director-for-hire for national commercials and music videos and is represented by Gilles Viard of Solar Films for Central Europe and Katya Pemberton of Go East Representation for Eastern Europe and Russia. Winans has recently completed his latest feature film “Ink”, which represents the same vibe, style and sci-fi flair of “Spin”.

• Producer: Joe Sekiya | bio

  Joe Sekiya, 26, was born in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. In high school Joe started to take his love of movies more seriously by requesting that he be allowed to turn in a movie instead of an essay about the topics discussed in class. He graduated in 1997 and went on to pursue a marketing degree at Metro State in Denver.

  During that time he met Jamin Winans whose aspirations in filmmaking mirrored his own. In 1998 Joe teamed up with Jamin to produce the feature film “11:59”. During the next seven years Jamin and Joe continued to raise money to produce “11:59” and in the meantime they produced several short films including “Blanston”, “The Maze”, and “SPIN”.

  Finally, “11:59” was completed and premiered to enthusiastic audiences at the 2005 Montreal World Film Festival. “11:59” continues to play the film festival circuit and win awards. Joe is now living in Los Angeles pursuing other types of production.
