Nine year-old Natalia Mercado vanishes in the night while camping with her mother at Lake Brody. There are no solid leads in the case, leaving the incident unsolved and hopeless. A Ghost Researcher named Adrian Vasquez has a feeling that the infamous La Llorona is the culprit. Adrian decides to investigate this case by returning to Lake Brody to study and record. Adrian promises nothing, but he and his small team intend on finding some type of closure for Natalia's family. While at Lake Brody, the team encounters problems of the supernatural kind; problems that may not allow them to return back safely.
