The documentary, in conjunction with public forums, web presence, and media attention will take a decisive step towards reversing the decline, and foster discussion of practical actions that we can take as a society.
The project will enhance awareness of current research on the capacity of multigenerational family enterprises to help build thriving local economies and vibrant communities.
The prospect of increased consumer support resulting from the project's initiatives will improve the likelihood of these enterprises surviving and flourishing throughout the present generation, and into the generation of their children who will succeed them.
