Synopsis

For more than a quarter century, the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research lab (PEAR) at Princeton University studied the interaction of mind and matter via rigorously controlled experiments in human/machine interaction and remote perception.
Their research shows that human consciousness can influence simple devices and acquire information by other than recognized sensory means. The monumental implications of this work constitutes the beginnings of a new Noetic science, or "Science of the Subjective."
This abridged version of the full video course includes a documentary introduction to the work of the PEAR program, a lab tour with Brenda Dunne, lab manager, Robert Jahn’s introduction to the undergraduate course in Human/Machine interactions, at Princeton University, and links to additional educational materials and current research. Further materials, available in the complete PEAR Proposition video course, include Robert Jahn’s four part lecture series, a conversation with Jahn and Dunne, a supplementary lecture by York Dobyns, and discussions with lab staff and colleagues.
