These Adventures take place in the World of the Magical Couch, in Slouch County. It's an old west setting with various non-violent positive themes aimed at children and parents. The main characters are: "Black Bart," "One Eyed James," "Giberin' Bob," "Gutless George," and "Sheriff Stephen J."
"The Slouch In The Couch Children's Corner Band" performs one of their original songs in each episode. Each episode is titled by the name of the song that is performed within it. The songs include, "Think," "Come Clean," "Imaginations Mine," "Counting Numbers," "Dance Dance Dance," "Santa's Workshop," "Everybody," "The New Alphabet Song," "I Need You," and "Don't Let Your Dreams Slip Away."
