Dayna is a Family Medicine Physician with multiple sclerosis who currently practices as a Health and Wellness Coach, Health Challenges Coach, and Chronic Illness Coach. She realized at a young age that her vocation would include service to others. Her experiences, skills, and education make coaching a natural extension of her career as a physician. As a family practitioner, she used coaching on a daily basis as a tool to help patients implement change and lead healthier lives. Dayna's strength as a physician and coach lies in her pragmatic approach to life, which is balanced by her kindness, compassion, and gracious spirit.
Dayna received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wayne State University in Detroit in 1995 and her D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) from Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. She then went on to complete a residency in Family Medicine at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She completed the Wellcoaches Wellness Training Program in March, 2006 and is certified as a Wellness Coach by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She graduated from the Certified Professional Coach Program (CPC) at the International Coach Academy (ICA) in June, 2007.
Dayna was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis just after her first year of medical residency. Despite the initial fear and sadness that accompanied her new concept of self, she persevered and managed to finish her training in the usual time-frame. Dayna practiced as a Family Physician successfully until late 2004 when several relapses severely limited her ability to function efficiently as a doctor. Having a chronic illness has taught Dayna to appreciate the many opportunities that she has been given and to see the importance of helping others learn this lesson.
Patrick Mathieu was born with Congenital Heart Disease, which means that his heart formed incorrectly. On paper, the doctors classify it as "complex cardiac anatomy" and the detailed medical description continues for four paragraphs. If you had met Patrick when he was a child, you never would have known that there was anything different about him. Other than having no tolerance for endurance running, he was just like all of the other kids. No surgeries. No medications. No complications.
What happened next is best described in Patrick's own words: "When I was eighteen years old, I changed hospitals and was seen by a new cardiologist. After reviewing my history and conducting a battery of tests he told me that he and his team hoped that I would live to be 30 years old! As you might expect, that particular visit to the doctor turned out to be a defining moment in Patrick's life. In her book, On Death and Dying, Elizabeth Kubler-Ross identified five stages that a dying person goes through when they are told that they have a terminal illness - denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. In Patrick's case, there was a sixth stage - The Power of Mortality! "In time, I transformed this diagnosis from a death sentence to a call to action!"
Through his speaking, writing and coaching, Patrick now shares his deeply personal story with audiences everywhere and reveals the exciting insights that this experience has given him. Insights that we can all immediately apply to our own lives.

Chris Gloss was born and bred on the rough streets of Bronx, NY, at that time deemed the murder capital of the world, Chris Gloss began life as a potential statistic. The youngest of four children born to a devoted, single mother on public assistance, life was anything but easy. The grim reality of hopelessness, coupled with the pain of never experiencing the relationship he desired and desperately needed with his biological father, began to take its toll. A host of bad choices, wrong associations and life-threatening situations would put Chris on a fast track toward self destruction. However, painful losses of countless friends to the violence of the streets & prison cells, and a God-mother's love and concern, would eventually cause Chris to take a hard, honest look at his own life and make a decision to alter its course.
Cultivation of his leadership abilities followed, as Chris defended our country in major conflicts, during his voluntary service in the United States Army. Maximizing on his talent for motivating others to greatness, Chris would go on to become highly successful in the sales arena, reaching top levels at numerous prestigious corporations, while simultaneously coaching fellow employees to improbable new heights.
An unrelenting passion for knowledge would become the inspiration for a host of educational accomplishments at various respected institutions, including Mercer University, Central Texas College and Cameron University. But that burning desire to help others transform their lives, as he had, would keep calling him toward the world of personal development. That calling would lead Chris to mentorship by such industry greats as Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins, and Les Brown and give birth to the Author and Possibilities Speaker within.
Today, above and beyond impressive credentials, it is unquestionably Chris' real life experiences which enable him to identify and connect with his audience with passion and conviction, inspiring them to see beyond hopelessness and impossibility mindsets, freeing them from self imposed limitations and helping them to discover and grasp their own world of possibilities. Chris Gloss truly is the message that he brings.
Lyca Shan in her own words:
At the age of eight, I was taken from Boston and transported to a remote compound in Northern Maine where I spent over the next ten years in what I can only refer to as a cult. Freedom of speech, self-expression, free will and independence were forbidden and resulted in harsh punishment, even exile. My self-esteem was crushed by years of systematic and repeated mental and emotional abuse. Yet my internal compass stayed the course and I finally mustered enough courage to leave the cult in 1989 and joined my younger sister who had escaped to Washington where I was briefly reunited with my brother who I hadn’t seen in five years.
This was my first time in the real world – I didn’t even know how to use a pay phone. I worked a string of odd jobs, putting myself through school where I earned an Associates degree in computer science. Since then I have worked for fortune 500 companies such as AT&T and Nextel Communications as a systems engineer and project manager.
Though I had attained financial and professional success, I still had to wrestle with the emotional chains I carried and that ever debilitating hang-over of low self esteem. In an attempt to free myself from this haunting past, I dedicated myself to writing my story and published my autobiography "Firewalker."The process of expression through writing became a burning drive; it was something I HAD to do, for myself and for you. At my lowest points in life (there’s been more than one), a powerful and imaginative warrior was always there to rescue me. Now I know that warrior was me! Even when I only saw myself as a worthless, helpless victim, that voice within me dared to ask questions, challenge negative thoughts and fuel me to imagine a different set of circumstances.
Writing became my personal healing process and is now a universal testimony to the dream warrior that lives within every single human being. Through this process I developed a deeper understanding of the significance of self esteem in our lives. My autobiography is entitled Firewalker, not only because I have literally walked on burning coals (I had the amazing experience of actually doing a firewalk,) but because I had to walk through fire in order to help myself and to show you that there is no tragedy you cannot conquer.
So now, among my other projects, I am dedicating my time to creating this website on the theme of high self-esteem and how it affects not only ourselves, but the world we touch as a whole.
So high self-esteem is truly one of the most important and valuable commodities you can possess. Some people have been known to raise an eyebrow and act as if that might be a selfish preoccupation. I can only say that if how you treat yourself is a measure of how you treat other people, then we all need to learn to treat ourselves very well indeed!"

For Richard Hatch, November 22, 1963 was more than just a tragic day in the history of America. It was also the beginning of a personal transformation that would lead him, quite unexpectedly, into the arena of the performing arts. Believe it or not, the Santa Monica, California-born thespian better known to TV viewers as Captain Apollo on Battlestar Galactica and sidekick Dan Robbins on the final season of The Streets of San Francisco, had no aspirations to be an actor. While he was "always curious" about the performers he saw in high school plays, he thought his calling was athletics -- his "big dream" was to compete in the Olympics as a pole vaulter.
"I never thought of being an actor," admits the boyish-looking, fifty-something actor. "I was far too shy, too insecure."
Going "nowhere" in college, Hatch enrolled in an oral interpretation class when a required English course was booked solid. "It turned out to be my worst nightmare, because I had to get up in front of people and read." he says, laughing. "I found myself flunking the course because I would choke up. I could hardly open my mouth."
Halfway through the course, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated, a day that would affect Hatch in ways even he could not foresee. "It struck such a deep chord in me," he recalls. "I remember going home and crying in the bathroom. It was violating; we thought America was impervious to such things." While reading the newspaper, Hatch happened upon an article about the slain President that he decided to bring to class as part of an assignment. Standing in front of his peers that day, the withdrawn and tongue-tied student gave way to a different persona--a budding actor.
"It was a major turning point in my life," Hatch explains. "As I began to read this article, I got so affected by what I was saying that I forgot myself. My voice started coming out, I started looking at people--I was expressing feelings and emotions I tended to keep locked inside of myself."
Several amateur performers in the class, impressed by what they had witnessed, encouraged hatch to hang up his cleats and take to the stage. He didn't seriously reflect on their feedback until a few years later, when he formed a friendship with Elliot Mince, a Los Angeles radio personality and manager who would go on to become Don Johnson's press agent. At Mince's suggestion, Hatch enrolled in the Eric Morris Actors' Workshop.
Fortunately for the still-shy Hatch, many of Morris' techniques were based on the principles of Russian actor and director Konstantin Stanislaviski. "It didn't matter if you wanted to be an actor or not," remarks Hatch, "the techniques helped you to open up as a human being, to get more in touch with your feelings and how to express them."
He is convinced that the class "turned my life around. I was a surfer boy--lifeguard at the time, going to college and not knowing what the heck I was going to do with my life. I didn't have an agent, I didn't have anything. I was trying to pass time."
GALACTIC BEGINNINGS
Hatch's casual attitude toward acting changed when he performed a scene in class from the Tennessee Williams one-act play, This Property is Condemned. "It was the first time I really connected to the other actor on stage," he recalls. "The teacher said that if I was willing to work hard at it, I could have a career as an actor. That was the first time I realized that I could really be an actor."
From that moment on his career began to take off, culminating with a Golden Globe nomination for his role as Captain Apollo on Battlestar Galactica.
During the past ten years in-between acting jobs Hatch began lecturing around the country for many different organizations on such various topics as overcoming fear and producing powerful results, success strategies for business and life, and becoming a powerful, dynamic and compelling communicator.
Recently Richard made a return to TV by playing the recurring role of Tom Zarek on SyFy Channel's new version of Battlestar Galactica and is currently working on a new reality TV show.
Su-Shann Productions, Inc., was formed in 1980 to create workshops and seminars dedicated to helping people maximize their potential and live their lives in a more meaningful, fulfilling and successful way. Drawing from his difficult early beginnings as a very shy, scared and introverted boy, Hatch has developed specific techniques, processes and cutting edge information to help people break through the success barrier.
Hatch is the creator of the Breakthrough Success Bootcamps because he has an incredible ability to inspire, motivate and empower people to a higher level of fulfillment, success and happiness. His various insights and perspectives have helped thousands of people to overcome the number one reason people do not fulfill their potential -- FEAR! Hatch gives people specific tools and information to discover what is getting in a person's way of accomplishing their desired result and how to remedy it. He will teach people how to powerfully communicate and manage their talents, product and services so they will reach the right people with the right message in the most effective way possible.
As shared by Mike Dooley from his bio at www.tut.com:
"As far as fun and meaning go in my life today, by most standards I've been doing pretty well. After graduating with a degree in accounting I joined the most prestigious of the then "Big Eight" accounting firms. Before long I was "selectively transferred" into their exclusive tax department (that's a doozy of a story you can hear about in my audio recordings!), which led to my acceptance of a "tour of duty" in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. From Riyadh, I traveled extensively around the world, fulfilling a goal with uncanny accuracy, that I had written down less than 2 years earlier; in my travels I visited 17 countries, most in Africa, Asia and the Far East, and I remember being blown away by my surroundings one morning during breakfast at the Regent Hotel in Kowloon, overlooking the island of Hong Kong - realizing how I had visualized the exact same "picture", hardly 24 months earlier, based on a glossy advertisement in a magazine like Architectural Digest.
When the tour in Riyadh was complete I chose to repatriate in Boston where I continued excelling in the firm's international tax department. I stayed there for almost 2 years before deciding it was time to try some new challenges. To be closer to family I moved to Orlando, Florida, and from there I decided to pursue another dream, starting my own company. Only problem was... I had no idea what kind of company I wanted to own, or where to begin.
Within a few months I joined talents with those of my artistic brother and managerial mother, and we launched, from scratch, TUT, Totally Unique T-shirts. One million T-shirts later, I recorded my first audio program, Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams, which has been a perennial best-seller since it was released in 2001. Since then, a quarter million CD sets have been sold and it's blown the floodgates open in terms of new adventures. Among them, speaking engagements in 19 countries on 6 continents before tens of thousands of people; the creation of my ezine, "Notes from the Universe," which is sent out 5 days a week to over 300,000 people in 189 countries; being featured in the bestselling book and DVD The Secret; and the number of new "sticks" I now have in the proverbial fire, including book deals in 7 languages and counting.... Sometimes it's so overwhelming it keeps me awake at night, tossing and turning with excitement.
My understandings have helped as much in other areas of my life from relationships to material possessions, and they continue to grow with their own momentum. I'm still a student, but also my own teacher, and in this journey I've begun to realize that as much as I enjoy thinking and living my thoughts, I enjoy sharing them too... and learning from others... which I expect, is at least part of the reason, that our paths have crossed here and now, you and I." - Mike Dooley
Lindsay Wilson began dancing at the age of six when her mother, out of sheer desperation put her in ballet classes in hopes of channeling her boundless energy. After graduating from high school, Ms. Wilson spent her summers dancing on scholarship with the Joffrey Ballet School and New York City Ballet summer programs. Jacksonville University in Florida also awarded Lindsay a dancing scholarship, and she graduated with honors in three and a half years with a B.F.A. in Dance and a Minor in Creative Writing. She was also a recipient of the "Phillips Fine Arts" award for outstanding ballet technique.
After a short stint with Columbia City Ballet Company in South Carolina, Lindsay accepted a contract with Cunard Cruise Lines, and danced allover the world on three of their most luxurious vessels including the Q.E.2. Following ship life, she performed in a Vegas show at the posh Sonesta Suites Hotel in Aruba. She probably would've stayed there forever, but her sea legs led her back to Norwegian Cruise Lines, where she gladly accepted the role of "Frenchie" in Grease. "I loved dancing on ships! And besides, nothing matters out at sea." Just when she thought her travelling days were done, she was chosen to dance for Disney Tokyo and jumped at the opportunity to live in Japan for seven months.
When Lindsay arrived back in sunny Orlando, she finally got to perform her dream role as "Victoria" in Cats, with Theatre Winter Haven, and settled down to dance for Disney again. She also decided to embark on a new creative endeavor, so she wrote a book and published it. The title, "You Made This Drink, You Drink It" is based on her ability to put "the funny" in dysfunction. The book's success was beyond surprising, and she was approached by a Hollywood manager to adapt her story into a screenplay. At first, Lindsay ran away screaming from the idea, but following the promotion of her book, she dove head first into her new project. After several sleepless nights and almost throwing her lap top in a lake, she and her manager are presently shopping the script to major Hollywood studios. During that time she also completed the book's sequel, "Shrinks On Me," and performed in Dubai for Sea World's International Trade Show.
Presently, Lindsay remains grateful to be a dancer in Disney's "Beauty and the Beast," where she has called home for the last seven years, and is a proud member of Actor's Equity.

He has a great depth of corporate experience in the financial industry where he worked in roles ranging from management trainee to a financial officer and board member.
Michael founded Beacon Media with his good friend, Casey Turner, after experiencing a deep depression working in the corporate environment. After much soul searching, and realizing he didn't want to be a prisoner to a variety of mood numbing medications, Michael realized he could change his mental approach by changing his environment. The reason he had become depressed was not work per se, but the profound sense of not fulflilling the full purpose for his life.
Michael is also a motivational speaker who is also an avid reader, enjoys classic muscle cars and various sporting activities, and can be found donating his time to his local church and other worthwhile charities. You can also hear Michael on his new show Anything But Ordinary Radio on BlogTalk Radio.
