People with experience with mental illness share their personal experiences, challenges, and the recovery tools that have worked for them to share their message of hope – that recovery is possible. There is tomorrow, you can be happier! DVD contains a 13-minute inspirational documentary with practical tips to help in an individual's recovery journey, and 15 short interviews with participants that give even more hope. One in five Americans have a diagnosable mental illness. This means we all know someone with a mental illness, whether we are aware of it or not. The lucky ones will have supportive family and friends as well as the financial resources to get the help that they need. The people interviewed in this documentary hope to begin a dialogue about issues of mental health challenges and recovery.
