Intro:
For the past 4 years Healthy People Productions, Inc has been developing a DVD entitle: SkateXtrong Project. This DVD targets a group of adults and teens that have a special interest is a specific sport: skateboarding.
This adrenalin driven action sport practiced worldwide, is growing and growing at a very fast rate. From beginners to professionals, what every skateboarder strives is to improve their skills. Javier Rosa, President of the corporation, has been practicing physical therapy for over 10 years and skateboarding for over 20 years; he has put together special exercise techniques and routines that will help skateboarders improve their skills and prevent simple injuries.

The DVD was produced in Puerto Rico and includes a 17 minutes instructional part in which it demonstrates routines and exercises that target the muscles and joints that are used in skateboarding so that skateboarders can improve their skills and prevent injuries. As a result of that, skate at their next level.
The other half of the DVD is pure skateboarding action in Puerto Rico. In this skateboarding tour we visited:
