Synopsis

The Real Hair Truth, is a one of a kind documentary style exposé on the business side of the beauty industry. Produced and narrated by accomplished and successful Hairdresser/Makeup Artist Joseph Kellner. The informative, yet entertaining film, unravels and demystifies the process and pitfalls of how to not only succeed; but excel as a professional in the industry. He provides his expert advice and extracts the inside secrets to success through interview.

This film was made for the professional in the Beauty Industry to make them aware of the changes that are happening in real time. Gone are the days of personal service from the distributor, Beauty Schools are graduating students right and left, especially the manufacturer schools only to be retrained by the salon owners. Booth rent ia also a hot topic in the modern world of hairdressing, and also is the ingrediants in the products you use. Over and over again the documentary has recieved a considerable amount of credit from the "BLUE COLLAR" worker of the industry. And was also featured in corporate beauty shows. The film is being used as a tool for the industry professional to see the changes being made in there industry.
