Good soundtrack. Good footage to see what styles were/are popular in the bay area.

The footage could have had some more close ups at times. It is great when the whole dancer is shown, but some long shots didn't capture the movements unless you really tried to see them.

Worth it if you like dance and want to learn about Boogaloo, Robottin and Struttin from the Bay area.
