Due to her bout with cancer in the '70's, Elizabeth committed to taking full responsibility for her own well-being. To compliment traditional medical protocol, she delved deeply into the body’s innate healing ability, studying with some of the leading teachers of the day. As a result, her theatrical career -- on and off-Broadway and in opera houses on both coasts -- easily and naturally expanded into what she refers to as her Wellness Work.

She is now a Wellness Facilitator and through her programs, CDs and the Better & Better Series she sets the stage to invigorate the magnificent healing power within us all.
