Shipping and Returns

Shipping

It is Film Baby's goal to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed for DVD's in stock before 4pm PST leave our warehouse the same day. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE ACCURACY and notify us immediately if something is not right.

If a DVD you ordered is currently NOT in-stock, we will keep the order open for 14 days. We get our DVD's directly from the film makers. As soon as they send them to us, we will send them right out to you. If we can not fulfill an order within 14 days of ordering, we will ship what is in-stock and cancel the rest of the order.

We offer two shipping options for DOMESTIC ORDERS:

  1. All DVDs are shipped USPS and will arrive in about 7-10 business days.
  2. If you need that movie tomorrow, we offer UPS next day delivery by 3pm. Orders MUST be placed by 6pm EST (3pm PST). Orders placed after 6pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed on THURSDAY after 3pm will be shipped FRIDAY for MONDAY DELIVERY. WE DO NOT OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY. Orders placed on FRIDAY after 3pm will be shipped MONDAY FOR TUESDAY DELIVERY.

  1. All international orders will take 14-30 days to arrive.

Your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date due to customs clearance. Currently customs in some countries (Canada and Italy) are experiencing extremely high volume and there are known delays. We can reship international orders after 30 days if they have not been delivered in that time. International Customers are solely responsible for Duty Taxes and Fees.

Returns

We know buying an independent film from a website can be hard, but we know the film makers have put a lot of time, effort, sweat, tears and money into their films and trust that you will like them.

If the DVD is damaged in shipping, scratched or defective, we will be more then happy to send you a new one.

If you don't like a DVD, we do offer a money-back guarentee. Just return it to us within 14 days and we'll give you your money back. But please note: WE ARE NOT A VIDEO RENTAL SERVICE. Film Baby pays the film makers EVERY WEEK for their sales. So they can continue to make more amazing films. By returning a DVD, the money from the return comes out of the film makers pocket. Just like going to the movie theater, if you see a film that was not what you thought it would be, chalk it up to a bad flick and wait for the next film to come out. If you really, really need to return it, then just follow the simple steps below.

All returns to Film Baby are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
  2. ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
  3. We do NOT pay for postage on returns. We will provide a pre-paid mailer for damaged or defective discs.
  4. Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
  5. International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.
  6. Promotional Items cannot be Returned for any reason.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items. We will NOT accept return shipments in an envelope (padded envelopes are OK).
  2. Include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Mail your package to:

  3. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing after we have received your return.
  4. After processing, you will receive an email detailing your Return Information.
